Honestly, the only one I absolutely love is Jeopardy! I also watch Wheel of Fortune regularly.

Cash Cab is good for lazy afternoons.

Family Feud is cool, but I rarely watch it on TV. I prefer seeing the awful answers on YouTube.

Jeopardy will always be my favorite.

Match Game is my favorite, followed by The Price is Right, Jeopardy, Family Feud (in most of its incarnations, but especially Dawson, Karn and Harvey) and Tic Tac Dough. That one's an oldie which I haven't seen in a while, but it was a favorite of mine on GSN reruns.

I like how no one gives a shit (not even GSN) about the Louie Anderson Family Feud. The one truly awful version of the game and the stage was so tiny!

I'm tempted to say Press Your Luck for this woman alone:

I only recently heard about the Press Your Luck scandal and it's quite a fascinating story. Contestant Michael Larson memorized the recurring patterns of the game boards and won the largest one day total prizes ($110K) at the time.

There is an 81 minute documentary from GSN titled Big Bucks: The Press Your Luck Scandal narrated by the original host of Press Your Luck on YouTube.

Such a nerdy topic, but it was an interesting documentary. The best part is near the end of his run when he hit the buzzer at the wrong time and nearly lost it all.

What was great about original Millionaire was how people would say "Oh I think its A or C" and then they use 50/50 and A and C are the ones left. Gotta love being the dick who did that to the contestant.

Now the game is just odd. Like I still watch it now and then but the fact that you can skip questions now makes no sense.

Weakest Link watchers, do you remember a guy who got all his questions correct and then when he was voted off (in the last round before final 2 if I remember correctly), Anne didn't give the usual snip, GOODBYE routine, she bowed to him and told the other two they were cowards before saying "Goodbye sir."? I think the guy was a professor or something. I wish I could see that episode again.

Kudos on picking Weakest Link, Greed and Dog Eat Dog. Creations and subsequent casualties of the game show boom in the early 2000s.

I barely remember Power of 10. Might have lasted if not for Carey taking TPIR.

Million Dollar Password was good too. Also known as Regis's Latest Attempt to Remain Relevant In His 80s.

the new password should have reminded us all of the importance of game shows where B and C list celebrities play inane quiz games with sub-human common folk, which it did for me, yet it died a quick and remorseless death. i remember when rachael ray failed at everything. she was basically illiterate.

I had to look up the show again to remember who took part. I remember Betty White basically smokin' everyone as well as she had 40 years ago.
