My bf watches this and it still sucks. The performances are alway so amateurish. Judges always bored. Daly sucks ass. Nothing good about it.

He might have been trying to keep her out of the show's contract so he can use her himself.

So Tony Lucca did "...Baby One More Time" of all songs? that seems like a direct shot at Xtina, and she looked PISSED while he sang it.

Highlights of tonight's performances:

Juliet (kinda love this chick), Tony (I'm a sucker for WGWG switching up pop/rap/whatever songs to suit them), Katrina.

Both Adam and Cee Lo made the right calls in who they bounced. Overall, a much better crop of performances than we saw last week.

Much better show than last week's.

Loved: Jamar

Liked: Katrina, Juliet, Tony

OK: Mathai, Pip

Disliked: James, Cheesa

I agree with the eliminations tonight. I really hope Adam saves Katrina over Mathai (Tony's a shoe-in for America's vote.) Jamar and Juliet has to be Cee-Lo's final 2. I cannot wait to see how those 2 will duke it out next week and hope Cee-Lo doesn't get blinded by his love for his diva. If Cheesa gets saved over one of those 2, I'll be pissed.

I'm guessing there's some kind of a mechanism in place to prevent judges from acting like this.

Juliet's "It's a Man's, Man's, Man's World" was the best performance of the season. That better have been enough to get her into the finals, gender bias on these shows be damned.

Post Re: The Voice: Season 2
Tonight really separated the amazing from the good and the ugly.

1. Katrina (10/10) - She was outstanding. I got chills. Love everything about her: her look, her voice and her gracious personality. She was the only one I really wanted to listen to a second time. This performance reminded me of her blind audition and why I thought she could win. She has an amazing tone in her voice that is mesmerizing and hypnotic to listen to.

2. Juliet (10/10) - While I've been advocating for Jamar the whole time, Juliet beat him cleanly this round. She rocked.

3. Jamar (9/10) - That's the first time I've really heard his voice without Bandzilla masking his voice and he was really good. Him, Katrina and Juliet are the ones to beat.

4. Tony (8/10) - Tony did well. His performance brought me back to his blind audition and why I enjoyed him so much. Even though he upped his game, Katrina upped hers even more.

5. Lindsey (7/10) - I liked this. It went well with her voice but it also confirmed that I just don't care for her voice that much. That being said, she did better than the others IMO.

6. Chris (5/10) - It started off great and then fell off by the 2nd verse. I think he has a pretty voice that's not made for opera. Maybe contemporary opera would be the way to go with him but seeing him sing this classic told me that he should stay away from the opera classics because his voice is not good enough.

7. Jermaine (4/10) - This is Jermaine's shtick. Blake chooses old classics for him to sing and he turns the melody into something unrecognizable. You either like it or you don't. I don't. It also didn't help when his higher notes were terrible: thin, screechy and sharp.

8. Erin (1/10) - She was painful. Painful to listen to in the lower register and in the higher register. Her high notes sound sharp all the time and she had some truly cringeworthy moments in the song. Closest to a dreadful performance tonight.

Can we have a final 4 that is only Team Cee-Lo and Team Adam?

Ugh. Christina wimped out and went 50-50, so Fake Ben Stiller made it in over Lindsey because he has a Y chromosome. Buuuuuuullshit.

It's really annoying, by the way, that one of Juliet and Jamar is going to get the boot when they are clearly the best two, while Fake Ben Stiller and (probably) Jermaine will advance.

Yesss Juliet made it to the finals! I was going to be PISSED if she didn't.

Poor Jamar, though. Sometimes I hate the format of this show...because the final 4 really should've been Adam and Cee Lo's teams (Juliet, Jamar, Tony, Katrina). Oh well.

So Juliet's obviously winning this now right? The other three are so mediocre in comparison.

Yeah, if it's about judges battling each other with their singers I don't get why they only battle each other in the finals. They should start it much earlier.

Can we talk about how the ongoing superawkwardtension between Xtina and Tony Lucca/Adam has been the most reliably uncomfortable yet entertaining part of this season?

Last night reached a new peak, between Xtina informing Tony his song choice was demeaning to women, and then her visibly texting (pretending to text?) on camera when he was thanking all of the judges.

I love Juliet and absolutely want her to win but I'm not sure she did last night. I'll take Tony as the winner. Just not Chris Mann, please. We already have a Josh Groban.

And then when Christina went up with Chris Mann and said "This is a real man who respects women." Her absolute hatred of Tony is hilarious.

I guess Adam and Christina got in a heated argument over his original song choice.

Adam wanted Tony to sing "99 Problems" and aim it at Christina. Which would have been the greatest moment in TV history.

Tuesday on TV: Whoever wins, Christina Aguilera is a loser on "The Voice"

A winner will be declared on the Season 2 finale of The Voice (8 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5), and we already know who the loser is:

Christina Aguilera.

Her stint as a judge on this show has shown us three things. First, she has an ego much bigger than her voice (or her talent). Second, she's not particularly smart.

And, third, she is not a particularly nice person.

It should have been a happy day on set for the four coaches of The Voice as they geared up for the May 8 finale, but instead an explosive fight blew up between Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine during the May 7 rehearsal, leaving the set reeling, a source close to Christina exclusively tells RadarOnline.com.

Christina found out that Adam planned to have his finalist, Tony Luca, sing 99 Problems by Jay-Z, in which he'll sing "I've got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one” the source explains. “Adam and Tony wanted to call Christina out as a bitch but make it clear she's not a problem for Tony. It was completely aimed at her. It was Adam’s idea, but Tony absolutely loved it.”

However, the 31-year-old mom flipped out.

“Christina thought it was ridiculous. She was highly offended,” the source explained. “It ended up that NBC told Adam to change 'bitch' in the song's lyrics to 'chick.'”

But Adam, 33, would not relent, arguing that changing the song completely ruined it and he wouldn’t do that to Tony, the source explained.

“He said changing the song would be a death sentence,” the source continued.

Adam – furious at Christina – blew up at her during the coaches’ rehearsal for Free Your Mind.

“Adam went right up to Christina and said ‘you’re the biggest f***ing c***,” the source said. “Obviously Christina was appalled and hissed that Adam should be fired. She’s sick of being treated this way.”

“Christina is so sick of Adam being looked at as the golden boy of the show. If America knew how disgusting he was, they would be appalled, she always says,” the source admitted.

Adam’s outburst led to a halt in production rehearsals.

“Adam wouldn’t do anything until this gets figured out,” the source revealed. “He was being incredibly immature.”

Locking himself in his trailer, Adam put the whole set in a frenzy, the source said.

The whole thing was a “huge fiasco,” the source admitted. “By midday it wasn’t even confirmed that Adam would be going through with the coaches performance. It was that bad."

Post Re: The Voice: Season 2
Jermaine - I didn't like it. Oversinging again. I preferred him much more when he was singing Blake's song.

Chris - Really good on his solo. His voice suits the Josh Groban aka opera lite songs. His duet was piss poor though and his tribute sucked.

Tony - I like him but did not like his solo. I think him choosing all these songs as a jab back at Christina will mess up his career. Personally, I don't see how he has evolved throughout the competition. It seems like he has regressed. Very disappointed with his song choices the past few weeks even though I liked the performances themselves. I just don't see how his last 3 song choices will be anything like his album. He's supposed to be the guy playing the guitar singing acoustic versions of pop/rock songs not this over the top crap that he and Adam come up with each week. I really liked his tribute though. His best of the night.

On a separate note, Adam and Chirstina need to grow the fuck up. I'm sick of hearing them bitch back and forth. Christina has shown little tact the past couple of weeks. Adam, tonight you became an even bigger bitch over Christina. Forget all the backstage stuff, what you did tonight on Tony's song (revealing your shirt) reeks of pettiness and contempt. You are a fucking douchebag that can't handle a little criticism about your artist. Tony isn't innocent in this either by the way. He's just as guilty.

Oh, and I still blame you Adam for that Katrina debacle last week.

Juliet - She was horrible on her duet and tribute but I understand that she wanted to put everything she's got on her solo. Her solo was miles better than the rest. She cemented her position as frontrunner tonight.

I literally forgot Jermaine was in the competition every single week, and I watched the entire thing.

Well, he's going to sell like 3 albums and become irrelevant like Javier so...there's that.
