 Re: Community - Season 3
Also, Gillian Jacobs stole this episode, much like she has been doing all season. She has made Britta so delightfully annoying.
"People are dying in Uganda!"
"I'm like one of the Steppenwolf Wives."

I loved Jeff's line regarding Brita "She isn't anti-marriage, she's pro-anti."

More episodes of this show need to feature Jeff turning into The Hulk and ripping his clothes off. Yum. But also, Joel McHale was hilarious in this one.
Also loved Britta's eerily accurate Michael Jackson look and Shirley as Oprah.

I said the same thing during the show's first season I think. I completely agree with you. I feel the show is most successful when it's just a whack parody of pop culture, though.

Just finished Season 1, just awesome! Very few weak links in the cast. Even though Jeff and Britta are the "straight" characters are not as funny as Abed, Troy, Pierce, Chang, etc., they still pull it off.
The paintball and chicken mafia episodes were brilliant!

The paintball and chicken mafia episodes were brilliant! It has definitely shifted by season 3: Annie is probably the closest to a "straight man" on the show now, Britta's definitely not.

I found the latest episode hilarious.
Also, the Troy/Abed scene was one of my favorite scenes the show has ever done.

Just finished S2, OMGGGG lol. This is already one of my favorite shows ever.
Reading the 12 pages of this thread, I was surprised people weren't more gaga for the D&D and Bequeathing episodes. Pierce is one of the funniest characters I've seen on TV and those were his apex so far

Pierce is one of the funniest characters I've seen on TV and those were his apex so far I agree, though a lot of people don't like Pierce on here. I think he is by far the backbone of the hilariousness of the show. The D&D episode was brilliant, and really brought Chevy back to his glory days. I think my favorite joke of the entire series is when he is trying to learn the game and the fat kid comes and he tosses the Baby Ruth down the stairs for him to run after it. Ah Season 2 feels like it was 4 seasons ago. Dam Season 3 is taking so long and is so consistently uneven. Jeff, Pierce, Britta, and Annie are holding this show together.

 Re: Community - Season 3
Loved Digital Exploration of Interior Design. Everything about Britta's romance with Subway The Corpo-Humanoid was hysterical (especially the bit at the end with the Subway rep refusing to stand up after listening to their "unhealthy" lovemaking).
And then, of course, the rivalry heating up between Troy and Abed. This show is so strange.

Any episode with John Goodman is awesome.

Britta moaning 'Subway' was hysterical.
There is still something really off for me with Community... I'll continue to watch though.

 Re: Community - Season 3
Amazing! I'm caught up on S3 all except for the episode that just aired. Definitely below S2 in consistency but still has its great moments. The last handful in particular including the Documentary, Glee, Foosball, Celebrity Impersonator ones were S1/S2 quality. My biggest criticism this season is I think Chang the police officer is a strikeout. He was one of the highlights as the Spanish teacher in S1 but hasn't been the same without that role. I'm guessing if the Dean got fired and they tried to make him into a student they would be sputtering with him as well

 Re: Community - Season 3
If the show was going to drop one of its major characters, my vote would undoubtedly be Pierce. Hopefully it doesn't happen, but if the rumors of this feud are true...
