Re: WOKJ NBA Fantasy League 11/12 (Drafted!)
I didn't veto it, nor do I have an assets without the last name of James. Like I said, you're doing better than me, so can't really criticize how you run your team.

Included draft pick exchanges in the Monroe trade to make it more even.

Re: WOKJ NBA Fantasy League 11/12 (Drafted!)
Honestly the only thing fair about the trade is long term because who knows when wade is coming back. I'm really not excited about trading a top 5 injured player for a non star player . But whatever , I'm not surprised ppl didn't veto it .

Alex Y. wrote: u guys are just vetoing anything now regardless of if it's even or not... It wasn't even. You got rid of Paul and now you want to get rid of your #2 pick? That trade was like me giving you Calderon for Carmelo. I looked at Cald's stats and that other dude's and they are very similar except for Steals. What are you trying to accomplish getting rid of another all star player? Is it just because he tweaked his wrist. Even with that tweaked wrist he still score 25+ 3 times in the last 7 games, so what's the deal? If you are thinking long term I think you need to start making a case for a trade instead of agreeing to these top player for run of the mill player trades IMO.

I think the big names are throwing people off. If you look at it like trading assists for scoring then it is fair.

I'm looking at this and I'm seeing him giving up 200 points for 38 assists if you want to put it that way. Throw out a different trade that looks more balanced in my eyes and maybe I won't vote against it, but I'll try to be more open minded. We have so many categories involved I guess I shouldn't just focus on the name.

My feeling is that the first trade was too in favor of Alex, while the second one he is getting too little back with the straight-up trade.

I had keeper on my mind regarding this would he be able to keep both wade and Durant with 1 and 2nd round picks, or he would need to trade for a 1 to keep both?

The number of injuries this year has been unprecedented, I have 4 players out from playing today due to injury, not to mention I dropped another player earlier this week due to injury. Can't believe wade is already back from his injury when the early word seemed really bad.

Elton Brand gets injured right as I trade for him. Figures. If anyone out there will veto the trade I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, Alex seems to have a knack of trading away a player just before he gets injured. Just think how much better his team would've been if the first Anthony trade went through.

Re: WOKJ NBA Fantasy League 11/12 (Drafted!)
my team is looking to have a loss this week as well as the next several weeks, good thing I have some cushion built up from the weeks prior keeping healthy players outnumbering opponents with injured rosters
if anyone's interested I still need a pg/ assists... willing to trade Anthony and/or a center for a good one
