 Your summer TV plans
With most network television series on hiatus until September, what do you plan on watching during the summer months this year?
I'll be watching the new seasons of "Big Brother," "True Blood" "Entourage," "Weeds" "The Big C" and "Pretty Little Liars."
I'll keep watching "The Voice" and "The Killing" until their respective seasons conclude.
In terms of new summer programming I've already started watching "Teen Wolf" (which is a lot of fun) and "Love Bites" (which is enjoyable fluff). The latter is doing so poorly that I wouldn't be shocked if NBC pulled it, but I'll stick with both most likely throughout the summer. Also, the BRILLIANT "Web Therapy," the hilarious online series starring Lisa Kudrow, is being made into a Showtime half-hour comedy series, so I will definitely be watching that as the web series is absolutely hysterical.
I have the pilot of "Franklin & Bash" downloaded. Might check it out at some point. "Torchwood: Miracle Day" looks good but I have to catch up on the rest of the series first before watching.
I will be catching up completely on "Community" (which I have about 4 episodes left of the second season on), "The Good Wife" (just watched the season 2 premiere tonight) and "Breaking Bad" (need to watch season 3).
Looking to get into a few other series too. We'll see what happens.

Falling Skies, now that V is cancelled, I need some alien invasion tv show on my life. I hope it's good.

Big Brother, America's Got Talent and Hell's Kitchen.
I'm also catching up on a bunch of shows I missed this season. House, Chuck, The Killing, Boardwalk Empire.

"Web Therapy" is seriously so hilarious. If it was on the air right now I would say it was the funniest show on TV.

 Re: Your summer TV plans
I'm watching Teen Wolf, which is really enjoyable so far.
I'll watch True Blood: Season 3 on Blu-ray, and then get to the fourth season when it's on Blu next summer.
I might download Weeds, or I'll watch it on DVD.
I need to catch up with Torchwood so I can watch Miracle Day.
Covert Affairs is a show I want to watch but still need to watch Season 1.

Pretty Little Liars. Guilty pleasure. True Blood, of course. And that's it in terms of new TV. For the past couple of weeks I've watched Happy Endings, Modern Family and Parks and Recreation, which I have never seen until recently. Like them all a lot.

 Re: Your summer TV plans
HBO and USA is all I watch almost exclusively now. Entourage, Curb, Hung, and True Blood and Burn Notice. No Psych is killing me, not sure why they aren't bringing it back til later in the year this year. Though I'll probably catch a little of Royal Pains, White Collar, and Covert Affairs.
Necessary Roughness is a Royal Pains knockoff, and Suits looks like a White Collar/Psych Rip off, though I'll check out the premieres of both.

Well with no Mad Men this year and with Game of Thrones finishing up that leaves only Entourage.

 Re: Your summer TV plans
Finished Season 2 of True Blood last night. The stuff with Maryanne just got stupid, but overall it was a strong season. Bought the third on Blu-ray and hope to start that tomorrow.
