I care about Judges and the more Senate GOP votes the more likely it is a judge that is acceptable, rather than a judge I loathe, will be nominated to a federal court. I also agree that divided government is the most likely way that the deficit can be corrected in any way.

I find this logic incredible, by the way. Let's say an openly homosexual person gets elected into the office - are you going to seriously suggest that he or she will push for laws that force everyone to be a homosexual? Because that is the exact same logic you are using when it comes to O'Donnell.

Again, as an aside, I find this incredible that everyone criticizing O'Donnell here is doing so based on her religious beliefs and her views on personal sexuality. This is an incredibly bigoted way to attack someone, and it says a lot more about your lack of tolerance than about O'Donnell herself.

Perhaps. But wouldn't it only be relevant if she had those same views at the same exact time? Even then, she would have to subscribe to the view that as a witch she finds masturbation acceptable (perhaps there are different views on this by Wicca people?), but as a non-witch she finds it morally wrong.
