Not much change from the projections, except for Son of the Msk, which surprisingly increased on Monday.

Sideways should be 4,900,000. I think BOM made a mistake.

Sideways and MDB's 3 day Estimates were way overestimated. They were fixed now and Sideways is out of the Top Ten and MDB made 6.8 (instead of the 7.5 that appeared in the 3 day estimates).

Something is wrong with Sideway's numbers. They are way overestimated.

http://www.boxofficemojo.com/daily/char ... -21&p=.htm

Its Monday's number apparently is 1.050.000. That doesn't make any sense. That would mean it dropped only 12.5% while MDB dropped 56.3% and made 950.000 and The Aviator dropped 36.4% and made 868.000. There's no way that Sideways made more than both MDB and Aviator on Monday. Its numbers are way overestimated.

The MDB #'s are bs, they're basically saying that MDB will only drop .4% less then last mondey.

I'd say when it comes to the Oscars Aviator is clearly the people's choice. It loses 500 theatres, yet has a smaller drop than Million Dollar Baby. That is impressive...

Ofcourse  plus those are estimates. The 3day estimates has MDB with a smaller drop. Yahoo grade - MDB ( B+ ) Aviator ( B ) IMDB - MDB ( 8.4 ) Aviator ( 7.6 )

Pooh's Heffalump Movie, Are We There Yet, and Winn-Dixie all decrease, yet Son of the Mask increases? Sounds to me like the studio is purposefully overprojecting to get a $10+ million weekend estimate in the public. I find it very unlikely that Son of the Mask increases, whilst all other kids films (arguably more kid friendly) decrease. I dunno.

I'm also shocked at the projection for Pooh's Heffalump Movie into Monday. It is the perfect kids film that would have a small drop, like Winn-Dixie and Are We There Yet. 41% seems extreme.

I want to see the actuals. I think some may be considerably different.

PEACE, Mike ;)

i was about to bring that up aswell, 41% drop seems very unlikely. I think it will hold steady on monday maybe a 5-10% decrease.
