Re: NBA Fantasy League (Rev wins it, Xiayun 2nd, Levy 3rd)
So, any input about the draft time or the settings?
I added another limitation this year. Not only are a maximum number of 7 switches allowed per week, you only get 100 player switches for the season. Everyone okay with that?
Also I added Minutes as a category. Everything else is the same as last year.
Okay with that? Additional categories wished?

I suppose I can join again, though I really have no idea what I'm doing in basketball.

Re: NBA Fantasy League (Rev won 2008; Now 2009 starts!)
recapping last season playoff matches. #1 seed Dirkules and #2 seed Stew had a bye during the quarterfinal round. #3 Finally Rockets beat #6 Pure Animosity 7-4 #4 HisAirness beat #5 Bollywood Heaven 6-5 during the semfinal round: #4 HisAirness did the unthinkable and beat out the #1 seed Dirkules 6-5 in a close match. #3 Finally Rockets had an easy time beating #2 Stew 6-3 and on to the Finals where #4 HisAirness continued his hot streak by beating #3 Finally Rockets in a very close match 6-5. i luv fantasy basketball almost as much as i do football because it makes the 82 game season go by quick. trixster wrote: I suppose I can join again, though I really have no idea what I'm doing in basketball. oh we don't mind that at all. please join.

anyone whos played more leagues than me shed some light on this category ? I think it gives a little more balance to the game. We like to pick up reserve players that have high production-per-minute ratio here and there each week without hesitation, and this gives you a reason to think twice before making a pickup to just fill a gap or win a category. On the other hand, playing more minutes likely leads to lower shooting percentage and higher turnovers.

But it doesn't have to stay in the game, I can take it away if the majority wants it gone
