In trade deadline news, according to Yahoo the Red Sox have offered Toronto Clay Buccholz, Michael Boden, and their most prized prospect in Single-A Lowell whose name escapes me, for Roy Halladay. I wonder who leaked the story... "Hello, JP here. Philly, New York, Los Angeles? This is what the Sox are offering. Can anyone do better?"

On Halladay, it will be surprising if Toronto doesn't trade him. I know Toronto wants everything for him but in the end I hope they make a deal. If they get 3/4 good players/prospects, that along can turn around a team.
