The Bruins have their skates down right next to the Habs' throats. We need them to step down on Wednesday night. To clinch a playoff series against the Habs in Game 4 in Montreal after losing last year there would be absolutely perfect.

Re: NHL 2008-2009 Season - Playoffs! So when did "step on their throats" become a hockey term? I've heard it twice on here in two or three days, then heard it tonight on the Pens/Flyers game.
Glad to see Pens get a two-game advantage on Philly heading into the home game Thursday. I hope they take it. It was iffy in the last two games. A loss and an overtime win. Could've easily been a 2-1 series lead for Philly.

Calder finalists were announced: Mason, Ryan, Versteeg. I think Mason's got it, although Ryan's had a strong year with only minimal time played.
