Post Has Obama blown his chance at major health care reform?
I don't see how he's going to be able to pass a big health care bill on top of a 900b stimulus package. He's wasting his political capital on the wrong thing.

Pretty much. I see a lot of future project canceled because the shit going on now.
I can tell for Switzerland. A lot of future projects will not be realised because of our save project for the UBS. First is payback time. But as it seems a lot of people didnt realise that yet.
When it goes bad most countries in the world year 2010-2020 could be a time of a very low spending level for projects. See Japan.

I never expected it to hit the front burner for the first couple of years of his administration anyway. There were some suggestions that he might move on it more quickly, but I think that's probably not going to happen.

Personally, I think health care reform should have been pushed along side the stimulus, since it would get businesses out of health care and save them billions of dollars a year.
