Get rid of that Rorschach username. I'm re-reading Watchmen right now, and Rorschach is an utterly disgusting character. Get rid of him!

Nite Owl betrays all his middle age liberal ideals.
I would pick Rorshach, but he is obviously insane (though at least he has a moral code, even if flawed, that he sticks to) and The Comedian is a rapist. So, looks like Hooded Justice for me.

I pick the guy who was shot dead because his cape got stuck in the door. The Incredibles totally ripped the Watchmen off on that. Love it.

Rorschach wrote: Bushed fucked up. Get over it people. America isn't going to go in a better direction if "justice" is done to the Bush administration. If by "fucked up" you mean ordered the commission of war crimes, then yes. And justice isn't about moving America in a better direction, it's about responsibility. The two are not mutually exclusive. It's probably not going to happen for political reasons, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't, and it doesn't mean Bush did nothing wrong. He established America as a torture regime. And the rest of his party has enthusiastically embraced that legacy, treating Jack Bauer and his fantasy scenarios as if they are real. It's not justice, but some consolation I guess that the Republicans continue to marginalize themselves over issues like this. I guess we DO have Bush to thank for that.

If Nixon wasn't charged with bombing Cambodia, easily worse than anything Bush did, I doubt Bush will be charged with anything. Nixon v. Fitzgerald 457 U.S. 731 (1982) (I say might because it deals with civil suit, at least arguable to apply it in this context) Youngstown Sheet and Tube v. Sawyer 343 U.S. 579 (1952), and U.S. v. Richard M. Nixon 418 U.S. 683 (1974) (Since this deals with national security, which they left more leeway to the Executive which would make this harder to investigate due to executive privilege) might give Bush a decent defense.
