I am having trouble deciding if USC is awesome or really awesome. PAC-10 5-0 with wins over Big-12, 10, and MWC. I don't count ACC/Big-East which are jokes, but Miami should be legit next season or the year after.

As I have said all year long, USC is the best team in the country and should have played in the BCS National Title Game. At least they will get to play the best teams in 113 days when USC owns Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, and Alabama in the NFL Draft.

As of the 08 Season:

Arizona Cardinals
Matt Leinart, QB There's a reason he's not starting
Taitusi Lutui, G Have you watched him play? VERY average

Atlanta Falcons
Sam Baker, OL TWO!

Carolina Panthers
Dwayne Jarrett, WR Decent
Ryan Kalil, C I don't know a damn thing about centers... so...

Cincinnati Bengals
Keith Rivers, LB
Carson Palmer, QB (Great Player, injury prone)
Frostee Rucker, DE

Cleveland Browns
Willie McGinest, LB (Great Player) Hasn't he been in the league for like 10 years?

Detroit Lions
Shaun Cody, DT Lions... enough said :)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Ryan Powdrell, FB

Washington Redskins
Fred Davis, TE

Minnesota Vikings
Drew Radovich, OL
John David Booty, QB
Kenechi Udeze, DE

New England Patriots
Matt Cassel, QB

New Orleans Saints
Reggis Bush, RB Great punt returner
Billy Miller, TE
Sedrick Ellis, DL

New York Giants
Steve Smith, WR
Sammy Knight, S
Terrell Thomas, CB

Oakland Raiders
Justin Fargas, RB Actually is pretty good

Philadelphia Eagles
Winston Justice, T
Mike Patterson, DT

Pittsburgh Steelers

Troy Polamalu, S (Great Player) Indeed

Seattle Seahawks

Keary Colbert, WR
Lawrence Jackson, DE
Lofa Tatupu, MLB (Great Player) Indeed, so that's 4?

San Francisco 49ers
David Kirtman, FB
Chilo Rachal, OL

Tennessee Titans
LenDale White, RB (Good player) He's actually pretty damn good, so 5?

Jacksonville Jaguars

Chauncey Washington, RB
Thomas Williams, LB

Not many recent grads have panned out as great NFL players. Sure, they're amazing in college... but so is Tebow and so were a LOT of Heisman players that end up busts. Most of USC's skill position players (QB, WR, RB) have not been great in recent times

Cassel played againist the USC team in practice though - probably the best experience anyone could ever get.

and just on the Giants alone, 3 SUPERSTARS. YAH, BABY!

New York Giants
Steve Smith, WR
Sammy Knight, S
Terrell Thomas, CB

The fact that I watch more football than anyone here and barely know who Steve Smith and Thomas are... they are NOT superstars.

Len Dale White, please

and no Steve Smith, 10 yard average and almost 600 yards. Clutch receiver but no comments, lol.

you barely know him...lol, lets start with the Super Bowl ...and since you say you watch the Giants, the announcers always say that he is teh 3rd down go to guy.

Think Wes Walker but better.

Every single person that knows anything about the NFL will tell you Welker is miles and away better than Smith. And if there wasn't already another Steve Smith, who is in fact FAR better than the Giants Smith will ever be, nobody would even know the name. He's a 3rd down, decent receiver.

so now people know about Steve Smith and again, you gave a comment of decent about but you ignored all the Giants, LOL as expected.

Anyway, both have averages of 10 per catch and Welker has more speed and Smith has better hands...

and maybe again, so few understand him and the Giants and that is why so many were incorrect about the Giants in both 2007 & 2008.

All except me, of course.

whatever but wrong. So wrong. You must be blacking out his great Super Bowl catches.

Also with an average horrid QB like Eli, he has to work harder than Welker ever has to. Right!

Ok so I'm going to call this a draw between me and Cauis, we both got 20 victories. i said that the first tie breaker would be the Sugar Bowl which I would have gotten closer, however he predicted the national championship correctly. It is obvious that him and I are easily the most knowledgeable when it comes to college football while Levy is last, which doesn't surprise me since he thinks Utah is the best team in the nation. sorry Levy.

You are pathetic to make such a fuzz about that. And I guess all those columnists over at ESPN don't know a lick about college football as well since many wrote columns why Utah is #1.
And if you really think, after this sloppy "National" championship. that one of those teams is the #1 in the nation, I feel sorry for the state of college football since the quality of the play obviously isn't that high.

Oh and for the record: You couldn't even pick the correct winner of the BCS championship game
