I just think that was the larger intent of the amendment or proposition or whatever you guys call them.

Re: CNN Wrong on Arkansas Ballot Measure As snack said, it only applies to people living with a sexual partner out of wedlock, not single individuals. It's just a fancy way of saying that if you are gay, live with your partner, you can't adopt a child into that environment.
