Well if they can sign Boozer next year they'll look like a solid pick

Boozer is a much more likely candidate than LeBron.

Detroit is going to be dominant for a while. Sorry.

This Boston-Houston game is pretty great... pretty fun finally having two of the elite teams play each other

So apparently Melo is going to score 44 in honor of the 44th President-elect. I'd like to see him do it.

Lebron is just absolutely freaking ridiculous tonight. Some of his drives have been absolutely insane.

Post Re: NBA 2008-2009 season
I still don't know what to make of this AI trade. Initially I was highly disappointed as I personally like Billups a TON more than AI. However, at the same time I do think the Pistons need a little bit of a shakeup and AI is a decent player who is hungry for a champioship. That desire is something the Pistons starters have clearly lacked since their back to back finals appearances in 2004 and 2005. Still Billups would be the last person in the starting lineup I would have picked to trade.

But, I see this as a wash... I don't see them getting past Celtics (barring an injury to the big 3), and another ECF loss. Clearly it's just a 1 year experiment. I think Detroit is really looking at going after Bosh, and this will put them in a good position. They need a great PF or C to compete in the future. I don't see Lebron ever coming to Detroit. I think it's pretty obvious he wants a big market.

Bah. Dwight Howard is having the worst 1st half of his career. Freaking foul trouble.

Sixers are balls... having no shooting just kills them.

Man the Spurs already looked like shit and now Parker's gonna be out for a couple weeks... they're gonna end up tanking again like the year they got Duncan, lol. The old guard has finally fallen...

Exciting Nuggets/Mavs game. Denver was able to pull it out at the end.

Parker out a month now

RIP Spurs dynasty. Though if they get a top 3 pick, it's back on! :funny:
