And men's gymnasts won fair and square. I also don't know what doping could help you in shooting, archery, or fencing, or badminton or table tennis. And Liu Xiang has been tested millions of times.
Do the North Koreans know something you don't? Though what was taken makes sense.

They could use the same drug that are given to snipers in the military, drugs that steadies them so they can shoot better, those drugs do exist.

So, the first medalist got stripped today. Of course by a country who doesn't know how to mask their drugs opposing to China and the US.

Unless otherwise proven I believe chinese athletes are the best prepared ones this time. I guess they were charged bcos it is happening in their country.
I would also hate for people to be cynical and think phelps is on drugs. It is really unfair and spoils all the fun of following the sport.
No, it is called common sense. Chinese pharma industry is the biggest in the world, they have always been on the forefront of doping, they have nearly no controls in training. If one thing is sure that the chinese would do EVERYTHING to win.
And it is not unfair to say this. Officially Florence Griffith-Joyner was never tested positive, officially Lance Armstrong is Mr. Clean. But everyone knows they were on drugs. I like great human achievements like the next guy, but those are NOT human achievements, sorry

Congrats to Nastia !! (hehe a Russian won...) I don't like Shawn Johnson...she bothers me.

I'm happy that Nastia won as well and that Shawn was able to secure the silver. I didn't mind the Chinese girl winning a medal but she was overmarked in the beam without question so that final battle was closer than it should have been. Even Shawn was undermarked on a couple of her routines and Liukin was undermarked on the vault. I've grown more comfortable with the scoring system as it's gone along because it really comes down to your start value and that really came in handy for Liukin to have two routines where she could score a 16 or better even though her vault skill level was pretty cheap. If she can bring that to a 6 or higher than this wouldn't have been close. Also, I really think if she had not stuck those landings, especially on the beam then she woudln't have won which would have shocked me. Overall, that was a perfect ending to a competitive competition even with the inflated marks that Yilin(?) got.

I want to buy it...but it's like 250 dollars per lesson....I've heard it is great.
I've seen some go as low as $150.
I want the Spanish (Latin America) one.

China got 5 more medals (4 golds) today so far..
China 26-9-6 = 41 USA 14-13-19 = 46 Aussie 5-7-8 = 20
Roger Federer may yet get a gold medal in these Olympics. He and his doubles partner Stan Wawrinka beat the Bryan Brothers 7-6 6-4 to advance to the gold medal match...and then celebrated in a very weird fashion.
