Ovechkin, Malkin, and Iginla are also the nominees for the Pearson trophy, which is the player's choice MVP. Re: The NHL 07/08 thread Oh, and this overtime game continues the trend of short overtimes this season in the playoffs. I'm pretty amazed at how quickly all the overtime games are ending - we haven't gotten any really long ones either.

Mike Yes because 5 goals a game against 1-2 goals a game is boring... NOT FOR ME!!! It's not about goals. It's just the way they play. Even when they are playing well and dominating, they never really make the play exciting or the game interesting, compared to some other teams. That's just the way I view it. I'm glad though that your team is still in and winning for you, obviously that is exciting stuff for you. @Trix: I think the Sharks are done... but they no doubt still have fight left in them, I agree.
