 Clinton on Iran
Clinton further displayed tough talk in an interview airing on Good Morning America Tuesday, ABC News' Chris Cuomo asked Clinton what she would do if Iran attacked Israel with nuclear weapons.
"I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president we will attack Iran," Clinton said. "In the next ten years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them." http://www.abcnews.go.com/WN/Vote2008/s ... 059&page=1So she'd kill 70 million people in retaliation for an attack on Israel.

Nuking Iran wouldn't go over very well with certain parts of the world. It could also set off another cold war with Russia and China since they both are in bed with Iran.

A "cold" war would be a best-case scenario. Hillary is blatantly and unambiguously threatening nuclear war.

 Re: Clinton on Iran
Can you imagine the reaction if Bush or Obama said that? Just goes to show how in the time since the last primary she has gone from "probably not going to win" to "we're just going to ignore her and hope she goes away." She's mismanaged her campaign from the jump, this should be her nomination, shall be an interesting general election.

I've come to senses now. If and when Israel or my country bombs Iran's nuclear site(s) then Iran will have every right as a sovereign nation to retaliate and defend itself. Case closed.

It's all a moot point anyway. Israel would clean Iran's clock if there was a nuclear exchange. The only way the US is involved is if a country other than Iran is involved. Israel has more than enough strength to deal with Iran. Yeah, because we've been outfitting them for decades.

 Re: Clinton on Iran
The fact anybody worries about a nuclear conflict in the Middle East is amusing to me.
