 The Frickin' Phoenix Suns!
WTF? Was this 30-4 record suppossed to be expected or something? They haven't been great in the past, I dun't think.
I don't really follow basketball, but I was flippin' through the pages and seeing how Cleveland was doing, and was uber shocked to see that "30-4" record and the ".822 wins per game" thing. Impressive. Very, impressive.

They killed the Amazing heat! Actually they really didn't. They would have only won by about 7 if you subtract the extra points they got from bad calls against the heat.

Lost to the Jazz tonight, though. Honestly, they're a team built for the regular season. They'll probably get the number one seed in the west, but I think they'll exit in the second round. The whole run 'n gun thing doesn't really work in the playoffs when players are dead tired from an 82 game season. They also have one of the worst defenses in the west, which is never a good thing come playoff time.

I don't know ... who is going to beat them?
Not the T Wolves, they are a team in shambles. Ditto Lakers.
The spurs? They are about the only real challenge, and that will be one hell of a series, but I think the Suns are the best team in the NBA. We shall see.
And dont say the supersonics, they are vastly overrated.

San Antonio would beat them in a series. There win against the Suns a couple of weeks ago was mighty impressive. I think they beat them by double digits. As for other teams that could beat them in a series (I think the Suns could probably beat any team in a one and done, but take it to five or seven and they're in trouble), I think Dallas could, Sacramento could, and despite your claim that Seattle is overrated, they've played toe to toe with Phoenix both times they've met. I think they could beat them in a series. Again, I think it all comes down to the fact that Phoenix's run 'n gun and pray on defense play style just won't cut it in a five or seven game series.

They have worst bench in the NBA.
Last night just 6 points from them, and starters over 100. And I have no doubts that Nash will slow down the road, like he does every season.
Btw, Spurs led by more than 30 points when they played them.
Imo, they will go down in even first round, and wont get 1st seed.
