This pretty much ended Danny Glover's career. This movie is awful. Only thing that saves this from total failure is Jet Li.

Lethal Weapon 4 - B+

Ace film. Probably one of the best "fourth" in any series.

The weakest of the four. The whole Chris Rock character doesn't work and proves to be annoying. There's still the occasional good joke and good action scene, but we've been used to far more superior outings from the trio of Donner, Glover and Gibso. (C+)

A bit of a mess. Jet Li is criminally underused and the Gibson/Glover combination looked very stale.

Great finale to the series, the action was top notch, and Gibson's character of aging was very well done. It was a very comfortable film with familiar characters, and although most of it was expected it was still very fun. Not the best of the series, but a little better than the 3rd.

After checking out Rambo and Live Free or Die Hard, there all very entertaining films. This is right before films started to water down the action, and its still great. I love the last fight between Li and Gibson and Glover, best baddie fight of the series.
