 Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed Quote: Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed is a 2004 film, and sequel to 2002's Scooby-Doo based on the Hanna-Barbera series classic, Scooby-Doo. It is the second installment in the Scooby-Doo Live-Action film series. It was directed by Raja Gosnell, who also directed the first film, and was written by James Gunn, who also wrote Scooby Doo. It was released on March 26, 2004. Ew. One of the worst kids movies ever, and one of the worst of 2004. There's just no excuse for movies like this to be made. D

This was pretty bad, but Zingy, I'm not sure you've seen a lot of bad kids movies. There have been a lot of them, and this doesn't even compare.
Poor Alicia Silverstone, though.

D-
I agree with Zingy and Mark here. This movie is painful to sit through. I thought the first was an okay kiddie film, nothing big, but also somewhat enjoyable in parts. This one is too dumbed-down for its own good. The acting is horrible all-around and the story (well, whatever exists of it) is artrocious. This is the worst movie I have seen in years.

Not the worst kids movie of last year. (Yu-Gi-Oh! and Agent Cody Banks 2 take the cake!)

A decent if unextraordinary sequel that is enjoyable but not as much fun as the original.

The original was much better. I loved Alicia Silverstone in it, then again, I love everything she touches.
6/10 (C+)

First off, I don't understand why everyone hates this. They are based off of one of the most over-the-top cartoons ever.
That aside, the film was fun, yet unspectacular. A decent sequel, but not as good as the first. 6.5/10 (B-)

I cant stand bad sequels, and this is without a doubt one of the worst sequels of all time.
04 was overflowing with trash like this.

I thought this was much better than the original. Which isn't saying much.

 Re: Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
I watched this all the time as a kid. I never watched the original. I remember liking it. I can't imagine it's truly as bad as described here.
