 Romy and Michele's High School Reunion Romy and Michele's High School Reunion Quote: Romy and Michele's High School Reunion is a 1997 comedy film starring Lisa Kudrow, Mira Sorvino, Janeane Garofalo, Camryn Manheim, and Alan Cumming directed by David Mirkin. The plot revolves around two 28-year-old women who appear to have achieved very little success in life and decide to invent fake careers to impress former classmates at their 10 year high school reunion. The characters are taken from the stage play Ladies Room, which also featured Kudrow.

Tis was great, laughed at a lot of the parts.

I really enjoyed this one when it first came out, but could never find anyone else who'd seen it. Thank goodness for WOKJ, where fellow movie weirdo's come to hang out!

I ADORE Romy and Michelle, it's my main guilty pleasure and appears in my top 100 list quite high up!! Whenever i feel down or ill, i always put Romy and Michelle on, never fails to make me feel better..

I requested this thread which says alot about my feelings on it.
My sister and i watched it at my aunts house when it first hit rental and BOY we didnt stop laughing - its like an institute between us now, seen it 10+ times; hillarious, retro and fun.
I really should by the dvd instead of renting it so much.

Heather Mooney was a hoot.  Mira Sorvino is way beyond hot, and I have no idea how her dad had such a good looking child, as he's not much to speak of. She was definitely the "cute" one of the two. Funny and enjoyable!
