Heh, this surprised me. I came in expecting another overdone summer camp movie, and the first bit seemed like it was going to be... and then

It's pretty much bril. It's definitley one of those movies made for cult movie nerds so they can pick up on all subtle jokes like double takes and sound effects, and go along with the absurdity as a parody. I'm already looking forward to watching it again to pick up on more stuff.

Love the cast too. Paul Rudd was my favorite per usual, but Garofalo, Pierce(who ironically I thought was Kelsey Grammar for most of the running time), Showalter, Meloni, all awesome.

Favorite parts:

- Going into town

- The unplugged radio kid

- The talent show

- "Well guys, we've made it to the end of the summer in one piece, except for a few campers who are lepers." + every other bril quote

- Trashing the med unit

If this movie had been any funnier, just a little, I would probably be dead now.

the people who made this were on some crazy drugs, and I feel like I should have joined them in order to enjoy this movie to its fullest potential. That last half hour... I was in tears, like the entire time. The amount of now-celebrities in it makes it all the more awesome.

I rented this the first week it was released on video. I thought it was pretty hilarious. Really need to see it again. Wish they'd release it on Blu-ray.
