Obviously the rumor is not true, but I doubt most guys are going to want to obsessively drink large amounts of Mountain Dew...

I know what microsleep is. Yet, even that is not needed. A human being can last 48 hours without sleeping, without facing bad consequences. On average, of course, that doesn#t go for everyone. When I didn't sleep last time for 36 hours, I did not have microsleep, I am very sure of that. Mainly because I would have fallen over then. I spent most of the time walking my room up and down, revising stuff like hypothalamo-hypophyseo-adrenocortical system...so, no, no microsleep for me.

Most recently, I went 36 hours without sleep while at Disney world. There was no moment when I felt tired, so no microsleep. Other times perhaps there was microsleep, but I can definitely do 36+ hours without even feeling tired.

Not a lot, about 25 hours while in a plane.

What I meant was that a day ago, the 36 hours streak finished. It started ealier than that obviously.
