I like how that clip makes it look like the "24" premiere.

Season premiere tomorrow night. I fully expect discussion from Ripper, Squee, Libs, Archie, tina, and anyone else who loves House.

Since when is this show called House, M.D.?
I've never heard it called that.

Go check out its IMDb page.
I was ready to stop watching, but then I saw Hugh Laurie at the Emmys and decided I'll stick around for him for a little bit more. And, hey, maybe they'll kill off Cameron, and I can be happy.

I wasn't sure to put house or house md but I looked at the credits of an episode and it says house md, that's the name of the show. Plus this helps people like Loyal who one time was asking why is it called house, is that his name or something? Others might wonder too.

"House, M.D." is the name of the show, but everyone calls it "House". I don't know why they never took the "M.D." off the title, because no one calls it that.

Great premiere. If I understood the next episode's preview correctly, it looks like we'll be seeing more of the brain cancer patient, which is the first time a patient's been in more than one episode since Stacy's husband. It also seems like we're going to see Moriarty again, which should be interesting.

Cameron's hair just gets worse each season.
House needs to get his cane back. And Jimmy has to stop being annoying. As do Cameron and Foreman. Chase and Cutty are fine.

Bit of a letdown. House was too nice, Wilson too annoying, and the young docs too absent. Some funny bits, but the patients weren't interesting, and the subplot was too repetitive. Still, since it's House, and better written than almost anything else on TV, I give it a B+.

Not the most exciting season premiere of a show, but I think it was dulled a bit by the depression hanging about me due to the unfortunate news of Steve Irwin's untimely death. I just haven't been able to get myself to really get into anything I've been watching on TV the past two days.
Plus, I'd already read quite a few spoilers, so not much was a surprise anyway.... But, anyway, it looks like next week's episode will be much more exciting! I can't wait to see if House ends up learning the truth about the ex-paralyzed patient from this week's episode. And the whole alien thing looks incredibly intriguing.
Just because of some of the great cinematic shots (House in the fountain), House running around without a cane, the grape throwing, and a few other funny things, I'll give this episode an A-. I just can never find myself not enjoying a House episode enough to give it even a B.

I liked the premier and don't think Wilson is annoying at all. Really, no one annoys me on the show since Voler, or whatever the fuck his name was. I like how Chase was the only one considering doing that surgery.

yeah, chase is a suck up! lol!
why are they trying to make cameron younger? or is she trying herself coz she thinks house likes young girls (e.g. skin deep)lol
some nice angsty stuff... and its good to see house running about.. also hooray for rolling stones again. naughty hosue at the end!
not the best episode ever.. but still really cool! they're just setting up some storylines.

I really think they should've saved the Rolling Stones for the series finale. Otherwise it's going to be over used.

well.. they didn't use it for the series two finale... so its fine by me... you can never have enough rolling stones.
so that makes it... the pilot, the series 1 finale and the series three opener.. at least they don't play it every ep!

Eventually they're going to run out of good songs.
Actually, I think they've reached that point already.

I havent watched House for more than a year now but as I predicted that House has already jumped into the outrageous unreal situation with that UFO implantation to a patients brain. That made me laugh when I saw that preview. Why do hospital dramas always have to do these to spice things up like with ER and the hostage situation. Im not bagging House but its been the trend lately on Hospital dramas where its Greys Anatomy or House

One thing about the premier really confused me.
They said that they didn't find the shooter... right?
Will someone explain to me how someone, during the day, in front of several witnesses, on the third of whatever floor of a big hospital, shoot someone twice and get out of the hospital and evade police?
