No reservations appears to be in a world of pain.

Best case scenario for No Reservations (assuming it doesn't randomly start pulling in big increases) is $2.5m Friday.

Simpsons' pace is amazing when you compare it to the increases the other flicks get. And there's even the possibility it will have a moderately low ratio (under 150), considering what happened last Friday.

Logged on during vacation and am very impressed with The Simpsons. Looks like a $20M+ day to me. No Reservations probably won't get more than $2.5M today, and the others are expectedly disappointing.

I'm reserving my judgment on No Reservations. It could still get to 250 reviews and put itself in the $3-4m range. And the grade is out of the danger zone, so a higher-than-expected ratio is unlikely, unlike the other two, where an over 500 ratio is a distinct possibility.

I agree with Squee. As much as I love you xiayun, and I really do, your obvious love and obsession with No Reservations is a rather bannable offence.
We shall be lenient, however, if you predict a 70% drop for Transformers and a $80m Wknd for The Simpsons

I think the last one was the :00 update; here is the half hour/:40 one:
The Simpsons Movie - 2326 (764), +149 (+42), A-
No Reservations - 122 (14), +13 (0), B-
I Know Who Killed Me - 253 (46), +18 (+2), D+
Who's Your Caddy - 150 (30), +9 (+1), D
On the IMDb front, Who's Your Caddy is already No. 3 on the bottom 100 list, while The Simpsons climbs to #75 in the Top 250.

I don't see No Reservations finishing with more than 200 reviews. Its ratio should be 80-100, though. IKWKM & WYC are definitely looking at relatively high ratios, though.

This would certainly not shock me. I feel like Simpsons has about as many sellouts as Transformers did opening day.

It's only 3pm PST; most films double its count from this point.

Maybe. It's not doing all that well here, though.

its pass 3000 and should get like 400 which is quite large.
Also consider the big films get around 6000-8000 so this is huge!

2246 (456)
So, 50% above in ratings, doubling in reviews. Most impressive.

So it's looking like The Simpsons could open in very similiar fashion to 300.
Interesting.
