I watched the first season of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". The show was boring most of the time. They tried to be hip and smart, but ended really unfunny. And their lousy attempts at being provocative (like those episodes about abortions or when one of them claimed he was going to die) were so painful to watch. Other shows do it with more style and better.

I didn't watch season two. But I don't see it could've gotten better. This one isn't getting a single vote from me.

This is a series that's ridiculously funny, managing to be offensive on purpose and not seem like it's being offensive on purpose. It seems genuinely smart about sending up hot-button issues instead of appearing calculating, like when series give viewers a nod and wink as they slash away at all that's sacred

Variety wrote:
After years of futility, the search for a top-notch, 20-something slacker comedy is over, and it took a basic cable network to crack the code. Real-life chums Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton and Charlie Day have crafted a single-camera half-hour that's invariably clever and occasionally a laugh-out-loud riot, all while lampooning taboo topics like race and abortion.

She looks like she's about to attack me. She belongs on the Lost Season 3 DVD box.

Good job overall though with the photoshopping. The Brothers and Sisters one I initially thought was a professional job done by ABC.

Awesome banner. Is JDoh really considered a lead, though? If he is, awesome, I have no one to nominate there.

When do we start voting?

And are nominees going to be compiled via passion system or by most number of nods (I'm all in favor of the passion system, since it gives the "smaller" people better chances)

I stopped watching season 3 halfway through because I didn't have time and so I just bought the DVD set and re-watched the first 4 episodes. That scene is one of the series' best but others really need to see the previous 2 seasons to see the brilliance. My favorite part is when Janet gets hurt and Sheila comes to help her but Janet just pushes her off.

The season premiere and the second episode (your clip) were among the series' best so far. Can't wait to get to the second half which I haven't seen at all.

Rescue Me may just be the best drama series on television right now. Denis Leary deserves to win the Emmy.

Would anyone prefer the passion voting system over the popular vote for the nomination process?

If it's not too much to ask from Mr. X, sure.
