I believe Shrek 3 will have a slightly higher ratio, but $25M+ seems pretty safe at this point. With 2200 reviews and a ratio of 80, that would be $27.5M.

I see a ratio of 140 for Shrek 3.
Count it!

Assuming 2100 as the final count, I'll go with a 65 ratio and $32.3m opening day.

Last Friday:
Shrek the Third - 2100, $39,334,330, 53.39
Today:
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - 986 (98), A-
Here is DMC's tracking, and its final numbers were:
6570 (1923), B+, $55,830,600, 117.68
Don't see AWE having a higher ratio given how both Spider-Man 3 (I believe?) and Shrek 3 lowered their ratios from the previous ones.
I'm also planning on updating the links in the first table so that each film points to where it started in the thread since DP's first post already has the links to their Yahoo pages. That way, it's easier to go back and find how the numbers progressed.

People shouldn't be getting home from the first showing until...
2 hours from now...
Then there should be a massive bump
How will this affect Friday tracking?!?

Well, it's certainly going to be interesting since starting at 8pm makes Yahoo open up its reviews a day in advance. Probably we should just not separate the review numbers for Thursday and Friday, having one big total, derive the projected gross for the entire 28 hours, and then subtract what the rumored number to be for Thursday to get the Friday number.

Just came back from seeing it. Theatre was 95% full (600 seater) and the film is actually quite entertaining. Should play fairly well with auds - atleast better than DMC.
