So is Daniels officially the worst acting president ever? Even though Logan acted with terrorists, I doubt he'd be willing to start a nuclear war for such a ridiculous reason.

I would say he is. I think he wants a war for what reason I am not sure. I even suspect he was behind Chad Lowe in trying to kill Palmer.

Anyone else think Milo is the real mole, after all, Nadia was on his workstation?
Great episode I thought, next week looks intense, despite Palmer's sister has more lines, she's been so painful so far.

I like Doyle, he's Jack without regret. I'm sure something awful will happen to him soon.
So I guess they're re-using season 2's VP attack on the Middle East plotline. I wonder how Jack is gonna save another un-named Arabic nation.
And since we're in the business of re-using plotlines ...
Chloe = the mole.

Okay, this is really, really bad. Not even Keifer can save this godawful plotline.
And the CTU drama?

It appears they have completely given up on the subtle ripping-off of Season 2.
How did this show go from its best season ever to worst?

The show has officially crossed the realm into "ridiculous."
Come back to us, 24. I sense sharks hovering, and that's not good.

The show has been in the realm of ridiculousness since Teri got amnesia. This is schizophrenic nuttiness.

I actually liked the episode. I do think this season is better than season 3 which is still my least favorite.

The final third of season 3 was among the best runs the show has ever had, so that mostly saves it. I guess that means there's some hope for this season, but it's quickly seeping away.

Actually most of the 24 fans on the offficla fox boards are liking the episode well except for the Nadia-Milo romance which they think is a lame Tony-Michelle rip off.

I am also incredibly pissed off there was absolutely no resolution to the Logan/FLOTUS story. What the hell?

I had a lot of issues with the third season. I didn't care for Jack's drug problems, plus I hated how they got rid of Nina. I would have liked to found out more about her organization. I also didn't care much for Saunders. The last few episodes did save the season, but still it was the weakest of the six season, IMO.

I am not sure when they will get back to that. I was waiting for somebody to tell Jack about Logan but instead he got the Audrey news.

What the hell, indeed. At least with Tony's death we saw them put a sheet over his body at he beginning of the next hour to confirm he was dead, but here, nothing. Urg.

I think its a repeat of Heller from last season. We will find out that he is fine later just like Heller.

the 3rd season was by far the worst. this season has been solid. The first 8 or so episodes i thought were outstanding but the last few have been a little tough to say the least.

Another copied plotline coming up: Let's get the President out of office.
This season is just getting worse. It's like they're trying to remake season 2, but horrible instead.
It's getting to the point where it feels like a waste of time tuning in -- not a good thing. I hope the final arc is better than this mess.

I think the last few episodes have been rough, although I loved the last episode. The best part of this episode was the stuff with Palmer. I loved how he told Daniels off.

This episode was completely ridiculous. The autistic kid hacking into a nuclear power plant? The wacky power play attempt by some random guy? The idiotic blossoming romance? The insane VP?
This is really season two redux, right down to the romance. All it needs is the president being attacked to close out the season (though I guess that already happened).

These last few episodes have been ridiculous even by 24 standards. For example a patient doesn't go from a "coma" to "crashing" to ready to return to work all in only 20 minutes. That would probably take about 20 days. Those scenes with Wayne make Jack's return from the dead in Season 2 look credible.I also don't care for the Milo/Nadia romance, making time for that romance hurts the momentum of the show. This season is looking like a retread of Season 2 only this time there is no Sherry or Nina to liven things up.Hopefully the writers will kill off a few characters (Milo, Morris, Nadia, Sandra) and change directions like they did in Season 3 when Steven Saunders was introduced and ended up being my all time favorite villain on 24.

I still miss Nina and Sherry, even after three years.
The reason they killed most of the characters was to change the course of the show; however, doing so actually made the show worse. It's valid reasoning and makes sense -- liven it up basically -- but it's just not working this season. The problem is that all the dead people were replaced with inferiors at CTU.
I would have rather spent another season with Martha and the gang. They really need to change the course of this show for next season. Frankly, I'm tired of CTU -- change the setting.

It seems that 24 is weak every third season (3 and 6). I have no doubt there'll be major changes and house cleaning for next season, just like in Season 4.

I quite liked this one hour "a special, powerful 24"storyline with the idiot-savant. Much better than the teenage sex slave last year.
