Wow for Six Degrees. Think they'll burn off the rest of the episodes there or will it just disappear soon? I mean, ABC lost the night to CW!

I would have expected NBC to be drastically down if I had predicted during the fall season but it seems like ABC with the exception of Grey's Anatomy anchoring thursday is pretty much down in ratings each night or doing poorly

CBS is apparently citing its low demo numbers, but I don't get it either. In comparison, Ghost Whisperer's demo numbers are 2.7 to Close to Home's 2.4. Why not cancel Ghost Whisperer, too?

Well, there are lots of reasons. I have no idea what the cost is to produce each show, but maybe Ghost Whisperer is cheap enough for it to still make sense? Or maybe it will be canceled, too. Though from what I understand, isn't it still just rumors about Close to Home?

They are probably paying JLH more than any of the cast members in Close to Home so Im very doubtful that Ghost Whisperer has a small budget.

Ghost Whisperer normally outranks Close to Home and even Numb3rs in the 18-49 demo (it usually gets a 3.0 rating or higher). Close to Home is the lowest rated of the three. But no, it makes no sense to cancel any of the three. It's the most stable, consistent night for CBS. Every night has shows that go up and down, but the Friday shows are always solid enough for the night.

JLH has at least 2 more seasons on her contract with the devil.
