Aaaaaaaahhh, I jumped like 50 feet in the air when he got hit by the bus.
I hate hate hate hate when people randomly get hit by buses/cars that no one sees coming, it freaks me out like no other.

Tonight's episode was not only the best of the season so far, but one of the best that the show has ever aired. So much happened, questions were answered, it was incredibly surprising and intense and Elizabeth Mitchell was phenomenal. I hope this season continues to be this good

That Episode was incredible, the best of Season 3 and maybe the best since Season 1. This is what the show needed to get back to.

I thought it was pretty good, certainly the best from this season - though that's not that difficult. Still, it was well-acted and pretty intense, and Elizabeth Mitchell pretty much carried the episode. A few answers, too. All in all, pretty good, though not up there with the series' best.

Is it the sickness is actually another word, for when people are turned into the group of others, and whatever it is they are doing? There was something very important about why Alex just started going on a rampage during the episode, and mentioning Ben. She also seems to get away with alot there, despite misbehaving. There's definitely something there I think...
Hmmm....from early November....

There's definitely something there I think... I'm more and more thinking that my theory is correct. I found out that later this season, we'll find out who Ben's past love was...I think it was ROSSEAU. He is her "lost" husband! Producers suggested we'd see more of Rosseau in season 3, so I'm leaning towards this being true.
Here's the follow up to the earlier one. Wow, I think I was actually on to something! I guess for every awful theories suggested, a right one has to pop up sooner or later!

I am not sure, Ben has said he has been here is whole life, I also think Ben took Alex when she was a baby and rasied her as her father, but who knows right now.

There's no way Ben is Alex's real father, as Rousseau got pregnant before she ever got to the island, and Ben has been on the island his whole life. Ben is simply her adopted father, as they took her when she was just a baby.

So let me get this straight...
The company that offered what's her face a job is really 'the others'?
Very interesting

Very very solid episode. It wasn't like the best of the best but it did turn things around for me. After what I personally felt was an incredibly disappointing first 6 episodes and a direction that just didn't interest me at all (I started to become very indifferent to the show these past few weeks), this episode was not only very good (easily the season's best) but even managed to get be (though barely) really psyched about the rest of this season.
I really hope they keep this up and don't go to some random and very useless flashback/backstory in the next episode.
Oh, what's the flashback schedule. does anyone know?

02/14 - Desmond
02/21 - Jack
02/28 - Hurley
03/07 - Sayid
03/14 - Claire
03/21 - Locke (possibly)
All from spoilerfix.

I hope very much that Desmond's episode will have something to do with Penny but I have a feeling it's not. Desmond is just full of potential and I'd hate to see them give him some irrelevant and only metaphorically relatable flashback.
We still don't know where he went and what he did from when he ran away from the hatch until the end of season 2.

I was under the impression that this episode offered answers, not another series of useless questions.
i guess its the best they could do. with the crappy story line they've turned this into, this episode seemed like the only course of action.

Penny is going to be in the flashback from what I read in TV guide.

Why do all of you keep watching Lost if you hate it so much?
The constant negativity and bitching about everything really pisses me off, I'm sorry.
If you don't like it, keep that shit to yourself instead of raining on everyone else's parade every goddamn 5 seconds.

I agree with you Libs. I don't go into threads of shows I hate and complain and moan.

Very good episode, it would've been incredible if the last 20 minutes(minus the Clockwork thing) wasn't so Lost-esque.
Elizabeth Mitchell though, is incredible. Wowww. She made this episode... best flashback in a long long time.

I'm in it for the long haul, so yeah, it's going to be a long spring. Let's pray the show is shitcanned so we can all move past this foolishness.
The show won't be cancelled, it would have to get down to less than 10 million viewers for ABC to concider that. It has a 4 season guarenteed, IMO. I have a gut feeling that either Season 5 or Season 6 will be the last. I expect the producers to come out and say when the show will end. I really compare this show to the Fugitive which last like 5 seasons. The Ratings for that show dropped but only went up in the last season when he caught the one armed man.

I wouldn't say 5 is bad it could be the most the story could lead to.
