Yep. Downloads automatically. It's my first time actually using the iTunes store, but I probably will more often now.

Well, I'm bumping the thread for next week's return. It would be beyond incredible to see VM do above 3.3 million viewers for the return, and well above 3 mill for the next few weeks. I think if it improved, CW may renew it for the remaining two episodes.
But, as we all know, nothing good happens for VM.
Hey... I heard a rumor last month about VM: are they dropping the mystery arcs? I heard they decided to drop them.

Rob said in an interview that they will make stand alone episodes after they finish this mystery arc.

It's returning against the State of the Union, which gave Supernatural an all time high last year, so I'm sure the return will have nice numbers. (I hope I hope I hope) And the iTunes stuff may have given it a boost in popularity a little bit, too.
The last five episodes will be stand alone or two episode arcs, from what I understand. Part of it, from what Rob said, is that they are testing it out in case of a fourth season. If the last five get really good reception, and there is a fourth season, I would assume that means the end of season long arcs.

Well, season-long arcs were never a big part of the show, outside of the first and last episodes of each season. But, it was nice having that arc ongoing, with little tidbits here and there.

If mystery arcs were gone I'd miss them a lot...

Dawn Ostroff announced today that VM will go on an 8 week hiatus and return in May with five stand alone episodes.

So, is it airing six episodes till the Pussycat Dolls show? That would equal 20. I was hoping for some good renewal news for VM, but alas, no go.

Everybody Hates Chris getting renewed gives me hope. Also, I've deluded myself into thinking that VM will get CW's highest ratings ever this week. Only needs to get 6.2 mil! (Supernatural got 5.8 mil last year against the SotU, and that was when there was SOMETHING else on UPN, and Idol was doing slightly less amazing than this year. So I think it's possible.)

Ausiello got that in during last week's winter press tour thing. This is certainly better than Dawn Ostroff hating the show. Plus, CW's expectations have to be exceeded, if this really is VM's highest-rated season so far.
Unless the show does above 3.5 mill for the next six shows, I would guess that it will be another last-minute waiting game for a VM renewal. Unless CW pulls a "FOX" and announces the last episodes are the final episodes ever.
New episode tomorrow night. Here's hoping for numbers well above 3 mill.

You mean you thought they shouldn't have ended it going back to Logan's? Because she did go back...

Yeah, that seemed like a better place to end it for me, too.
Lots of funny in this ep. And I loved that there was actually a decent amount of Mac. I think this was a good episode for 6.2 mil viewers to watch and decide is worth coming back to next week.

Loved tonight's episode! It was really entertaining and fun to watch. It's also nice to see more of Mac and I like her new storyline with the animal rights activist. Can't wait for next week!

I love this week's episode! The monkey was cute . In the beginning I was like, "What? They better not have Veronica helping these bad animal testers get the poor animals back!" I didn't want one of my favorite shows going pro-animal cruelty. Thankfully that didn't happen. I absolutely LOVED the storyline of Mac and the lead pro-animal group guy getting together. He was sooooo cute! And I had a huge smile on my face when they kissed. I hope he's around for a long time.
But this show is going to go on 8-week hiatus? Nooooooo!

I HATE how WB the promos are! I knew that last week's promo had nothing to do with the episode, since my spoiled friend told me, but it's so damn annoying in retrospect. And then this week's promo? Come on, like anyone thinks there's any chance Veronica is actually pregnant. It just pisses me off. I miss UPN's promos. They were actually dark.
Anyway, about the episode, mystery of the week wasn't the greatest, but it was cute. Several very funny lines. (Veronica giving Keith pointers on stripping.) And then Rob went and did what he just loves to do so much. He give the fangirls everything they've ever wanted, and then rips it all away before the end. As I was watching the bed scene I was just thinking about how bad it is going to end. But still, I'm so happy that this show is back, and March and April are going to be excruciating.
