LMS is color blind and can't win Oscars, so it better jump off the damn bus.

Best Picture hasn't been announced yet, though! And if not then, there's always the Globes and the Oscars. ;)

Little Miss Sunshine and Dreamgirls have picked up generally everything so far. Is it between these two for Best Picture?

LMS is the unexpected one for me. It just keeps showing more and more strength.

Peace,
Mike.

Told this story a million times but I saw Glass in Concert in 1998. Monsters of Grace was a 3D Digital Opera. Fascinating stuff.

Sweet.

Peace,
Mike.

An Inconvenient Truth expectedly wins Best Documentary.

So, now the big four are left, and with what has happened so far, I'll predict:

Best Actress: Helen Mirren
Best Actor: Forest Whitaker
Best Director: Martin Scorsese
Best Picture: Dreamgirls or Little Miss Sunshine

Peace,
Mike.

I think Winslet needs to play like a massive burn victim or something in a film.

Then she'll easily win the Oscar, finally.

Peace,
Mike.

As said over at OW, Marty won here two years ago and still lost. He's gonna need that DGA to finally set it in stone.

No, she'd still lose. Kellie Pickler would show up and break some glasses with her voice, win every friggin' award Hollwood's got.
