I knew going in that it wasn't going to be very good, but I was at least expecting to laugh a few times. I chuckled a few times, but that's it. With the exception of a couple of decent scenes, and a Nicolette Sheridan in very skimpy lingerie, the movie has nothing going for it.

The fact that when Cedric the Entertainer is given a good role, he's usally pretty good - Barbershop 1 & 2.

Nope. No Rush Hour 3 teaser. I wasn't expecting it though and now that you say it, I don't mind that it wasn't there. I had already seen it on TV a few times on the show "Nothing But Trailers".

I think it should have been leaked on the net already. Too bad my cable company doesnt carry HDnet. Im pretty surprised how low key the news of the trailer has been and no mention of it on youtube or yahoo

Re: Code Name: The Cleaner
This makes mediocre comedies like Showtime look like Young Frankenstein.
Really its mediocre to the best degree, and Cedric is quite embarassing in the action scenes, though everyone is equally awful as well in them. When its not doing that its an average comedy that is in league with the comedian performing it. Nicolette is still hot and whats very surprising is Lucy Lui gets hotter as she gets older. Other than that, pointless and filled with Cedric dancing like the Bud Light commercials a lot, but theres only so much you can handle of that.

Re: Code Name: The Cleaner
Looking back, its no wonder this same guy directed films like The Man, American Outlaws, Flubber, and the Miracle on 34th Street Remake. Every film is equally terrible in mediocrity. His only ones that rise above are Blue streak and Encino Man but they're hardly masterpieces either.
