Haven't seen Pan, but Volver is my #2 as well. Coincidentally, LMS is my number one and that's your number three, so not too shabby a match. Brick is way less beloved by me, however, and Scanner Darkly was boring. I haven't seen the other ones in your list yet.
My top 10:
1. Little Miss Sunshine
2. Volver
3. Half Nelson
4. The Illusionist
5. Thank You for Smoking
6. Inside Man
7. Tristram Shandy: A Cock and Bull Story
8. Leonard Cohen: I'm Your Man
9. Pirates of the Caribbean II
10. A Prairie Home Companion
Booted from the 10th spot was The Proposition, with Manderlay before that.

Nachooooooooooooooo Libre has been kicked out the ring, while Shortbus is now parked in the top spot.
What an incredible year. And I've yet to watch Pan's Labyrinth, Children of Men, Flannel Pajamas, and The Bridge (films likely to crack the top 10).

I'm starting to drop films I really liked. Not cool. I guess this year is relatively great. I'm upset to lose so many good films. Prada will stay at 10. for the rest of the year - Streep isn't going anywhere.

I shifted some titles around and I have one new addition.
1. Little Miss Sunshine
2. The Departed
3. Casino Royale
4. Superman Returns
5. Stranger than Fiction
6. United 93
7. The Proposition
8. Clerks II
9. The Da Vinci Code
10. Lucky Number Slevin
Even though I've seen 104 films, it wouldn't surprise me if this list keeps getting updated well into 2007. There are still many movies left to be watched like Apocalypto, Bobby and Babel. And then there are upcoming films such as Rocky Balboa (Slim chance, but who knows?) and Children of Men. All in all this has been a great year in film - probably the best for me since I've started paying attention to movies. All the films in my top ten are different from one another in every way imaginable and yet are all perfect in their own little way. If 2007 is this good, I'll be shocked.
