Why would you want him to do another action movie thats almost as physical as Indiana Jones and add to the fact hes couple of years older than Stallone too? And besides that the last Jack Ryan movie had Affleck in the lead role

And with Affleck, it did worse than it would've if Ford were in it cause most people considered Ford Jack Ryan, not Affleck.. As for the physical work in the movie?? If they did the followup to Clear and Present Danger titled DEBT OF HONOR, Ford could play the President since his character goes on to take over as President when a plane crashes into the White House and kills the current President, thus Ryan is appointed to take over as President.. It wouldn't have to be so much as a Physical role, with mainly a few minor stunts..

Problem with that plotline and I havent read any of the novels is that audience will get deja vu again of Harrison Ford pretty much doing Air Force One again which had him as the president

And that was a movie that did very well if memory serves correctly.. Ford really needs a hit right now, othrwise, I think he's finished.. I wonder if he receives any royalty checks for all the SW movie's he did??

Ford's doing just Fine, but could be better. Firewall cost 55 to make, made 49 in the states and 85 WW, and over 100 million in rentals and another 100 million in DVD sales. He needs to get out of the generic and back into the genre defining where he is famous for.
