Strong Sunday hold for apocalypto, it would be only a 24% sunday drop when the studio projected a 38% drop, and happy feet also had a good hold, not so much holiday.

So if we add the studio estimate for fri-sat and sbd sun estimate that would be a 14.968mill weekend for apocalypto it was underestimated by 800k, but thats if sbd sun #s hold.

Very good hold for NS. That Sunday figure is $700,000 different from Mojo's for The Holiday.

Here is how it would look like with the sbd sun estimates:

1.Apocalypto: 14.968
2.Happyfeet: 12.97
3.Holiday: 12.855
4.Casino Royal: 8.81
5.Blood Diamond: 8.715

Looks like the studios overestimated the Holiday to save face by 1 million

MTC has only a 24% drop for Apocalpyto, which is very good. Let's hope The Holiday can benefit from its release date with at least decent legs.

SBD isn't exactly known to be the most accurate estimates though. 2/3 and 4/5 are each
within 120K of eachother, so the postitions could still change.

Phew! Bigger drop for Unaccompanied Minors than was predicted earlier. I really didn't want it to break 6 million ;)
