I just re-watched the ending. There's no indication that Mahone took a bullet to the head. Chest is most likely, which could still kill him, but this is TV afterall.

Kellerman's turn is no less believable than Kellerman's partner from Season 1 deciding to give up his job and trying to help out Veronica by giving her the names of the people behind Lincoln getting framed for murder.

I think what this season has told us is that many of the people we think are in control are not the top of the totem pole. We would have thought that Kellerman and Mahone were top guys early on, but then we found out that evil Asian guy is more powerful. Then, this week's episode showed some old guy who is presumably Evil Asian's boss. Kellerman knows he was low on the totem pole of power, and after he lost his job, his identity, and his life, it was only a matter of time before they kill him. That's what pushed him to help Linc and Michael.

I have no problem believing Kellerman will be killed off sooner rather than later, though.

You literally took my comment for truth  . I meant to use that comment as an exaggeration for being farfetched. I d

Well, now that that's out of the way, does anyone think a third season is a possibility? I think they could do it, but not without introducing new characters, and that's not what fans want. Bellick's storyline is finished, I think, and at best he'll appear once or twice for the remainder of the season. There's nothing they can really do for him, storyline-wise. I'm taking it that Sara will be absent for the first few episodes when the show comes back in January, since she's trying to erase herself from everyone. I'm thinking the show could potentially be wrapped up at the end of this season.

Any thoughts on that? If something compelling could come out of a 3rd season, I'm all for it. But there will probably come a time where it's more or less the writers stretching the show too far in order to make money.

Bellick's storyline does indeed seem finished, at least for the foreseeable future. I really don't expect the show to end this year because Fox likely wants it to keep going for monetary reasons. That said, it would be creatively advantageous to end it while it's still fresh.

I just don't see where else the show could go. I suppose if the killing ends, and we're left with Michael, Linc, Sara, LJ, Sucre, C-Note, Haywire, T-Bag, and possibly Kellerman, they may have other places to go in future seasons. But we all know that at least two of those names will bite the dust by the end of the year, and maybe more. Prison Break has a major thing for killing anyone and anything.

I wonder if Henry Pope will come back at any point this season. I think if they used his character right, he could end up helping Michael in some way.

What happened to LJ? I can't even remember.

Where the fuck is LJ?

Didn't he go with that other Anti-Conspiracy lady?

Wasn't the asian guy's boss Lincoln's dad? I didn't think at first but in the previews Lincoln said "You looked a lot deader last time I saw you" or something like that.

I thought that was Terence Steadman.

Hmm. No discussion lately? The latest episodes have been pretty good. I like that they have kept Kellerman as a possible good guy/possible bad guy. Right now, after he uncovered the obvious scheme of using the Prez to bring in Michael and Linc, I think his true intentions are to take down the bad guys. But I think he may end up getting ditched down the line by Michael, Linc and Sara. I would think that they might kill him off, but I doubt it. If anything, his storyline will continue, at least until the end of this season.

Which brings me to Season 3. I'm curious as to what will happen. All signs point to a definite third. If they can pull it off, I think the show can live on for a few more seasons after that. From what I can tell, all this president stuff is getting resolved at the end of the season (which isn't far off). The question is: can they make a third season (and beyond) compelling enough for original fans to stick around? I don't know if I'll care once the presidential stuff is done. Not to mention all the characters getting offed.

Which now brings me to Haywire. I really hated how they killed him. The suicide was okay, I can live with the idea that Mahone didn't kill him, but gave him an alternate choice. I don't know if it shows how sadistic Mahone is, or how sympathetic he can be. He could have brought Haywire back and made him rot in a prison. Maybe he didn't want to see that happen to Haywire, and he knew Haywire had no other choice besides death.

But the death scene was kinda lame. With the music playing in the background, as it switched between scenes. Lost does that sort of montage, and it barely works for them. It doesn't work on Prison Break.

I think the season has rebounded nicely after a shaky start in August. And, spoiler alert:

[spoil]Henry Pope is back in the next episode. Stacy Keach!![/spoil]

If i was running a big government conspiracy i'd definetly fire Harry Kim at once. That guy can't do anything right lately. Good to see Bellick out, that whole him going to prison sub-plot was moronic in the extreme.

The last few episodes have indeed been pretty good. Kind of sad to see Haywire die though; I was hoping he'd make it to Holland or get stranded on an island somewhere ala Cast Away.

Everyone still watching?

Tonight is the season finale, entitled "Sona". Lately, the show has been very rivetting, despite being as farfetched as ever. I can only assume there will be a death (or two) tonight.

Sona was the name of the file in the folder that the creepy old guy showed Agent Kim, right before Caroline Reynolds dropped the bombshell.

I'm excited!!!!!!!!!111

And knowing that the actor who plays Kellerman will be in the new Grey's spin-off, I'm anticipating if he will have a nice write-off or will get killed.

Hard to say how he'll go, especially considering Sara is going to be absent from the first few episodes with real-life Sarah's pregnancy.

Not sure, but I'm certain it will come back in late August as usual.

I would love to know if William Fichtner is a part of Season 3, and what part Mahone will have in the storyline. Will he be in prison with Michael?
