As long as Romber take part, I am a happy clam! ... or, happy as a camper? ... How about a slap-happy clam camper?

Anyway... I've been reading "unconfirmed" lineups that include Charla/Mirna, Lynn/Alex, Kevin/Drew...
There's one with Reichen/Lance Bass... lol that I DO NOT BELIEVE.

Please. No Lance Bass. Reichen seems cool, but I guess he won't team with his ex-boyfriend?

Probably not. One of them published a book (Reichen? Chip?) which trashed the other person.

I believe it was Reichen. He seemed like a cool guy on that "Kill Reality" show a year ago. Maybe not so much?

Lynn/Alex would just annoy Romber. I enjoyed Team Cha-Cha-Cha more.
And how about the return of the Bowling Moms??? Granted, their season would be a majority (with Charla/Mirna and Colin/Christie rumors), but it was my favorite season.

So I found this from Marc Berman's forum and the poster said these are rumored pairings:
Colin/Christie
Reichen/LANCE BASS
Greg(brother)/SURVIVOR CAST WOMAN WHO IS BATTLING CANCER (Jennifer from Palau?)
Charla/Mirna
Lynn/Alex
Jon/Kelly
Dave/Mary (coalminer and wife who are in this edition)
Kevin/Drew
Ray/Deeana
Add to that Romber, Uchenna/Joyce.... and possibly a Big Brother combo? Janelle and someone?

Yaaaay for all-star edition.
Reichen & Lance Bass? Are they serious?

Wow, there are some good pairings in there, but some awfully random ones too. Colin/Christie, Reichen/Lance Bass, Charla/Mirna, those 3 would be expected for an All-Star edition, along with Romber, and some others. But Lynn/Alex, Jon/Kelly, Ray/Deena? Wha?
I guess some teams like Flo/Zach aren't together anymore, but still. Some of those teams are picking out of a hat.
How about Oswald and Danny, Gary and Dave, or Will and Teri from the second season alone? Dustin and Kandice from this season, Chip and Kim, even the goddam hippies? All would be fine choices.
Just not Ray and Deana, please.

Another rumor list:
Dustin and Kandace (Beauty Queens - this season)
Lori and Dave (Beloved Nerds - TAR9)
Rob and Amber (TAR7)
Uchenna and Joyce (Team Low Sperm Count - TAR7. The only prior winners on the list.)
Tian and Jaree (Unmemorable Models - TAR4)
Kris & Jon (Relaxed/Dating - TAR6)
Charla and "Husband" (TAR5)
Colin and Christie (TAR5)
Jon Vito and Jill (Team 9/11 Changed Everything - TAR3)
Danny and Oswald (Cha! Cha! Cha! - TAR2)
Kevin and Drew (The Frats - TAR1)
Bill and Joe (Team Guido - TAR1)
I've only been watching since six, but of the ones I've seen that looks good (BQs!). The only team I didn't immediately remember was Lori and Dave, but I do remeber them being nice that was sad to see them go. And that season didn't have the most memorable cast (Though I was one of 9 people that liked BJ & Tyler).
And this list has 12 teams compared to the 9 on the other list, and I think the number is more likely to go up than down.

Wow, it's almost as if both seasons last year (Family; Hippy season) don't exist.
I just wanna see Monica again.

Kris & Jon! Yay!
You know, I would've thought that they'd immediately go to all the winners first to ask for participation (and perhaps they did), but not seeing crap winners like Freddie & Kendra up there makes me happy.

Who was Monica again?
And I think they just want to forget the Family Edition even existed (Just like us). Not that it would translate to the regular format anyway. And who you put on there, that white trash family that made the final three?

Charla and "Husband"?
Better than Mirna, but still...
Poor husband.

Well, considering how random the race can be, it's not too surprising they'd go for good teams that didn't have luck on their side at the right time.

Monica was one part of Team MoJo, with Joseph.

Why have one midget when you can have... two!!! Doesn't matter that he has never appeared on the show! We have to have more midgets!
This is a much better list by the way.

As long as Rob and Amber are in this, I'm fine with anything else, because I already know I'm rooting for Rob & Amber. It wouldn't matter if God and Jesus paired up and did this, Rob and Amber are my team.
PEACE, Mike.

Blech, of course I'll be watching but when will CBS learn its lesson with these All-Star editions? We finally get a really good season (one of the best, so far) after a few stinkers, and it has to be ruined with a random All-Star version afterwards. Even though the Big Brother one fell flat on its face this summer as far as ratings go (and as far as outcomes go), and Survivor never really recovered from its joke of an All-Star edition, still we get another.
And yippee another season of sitting through the same old Romber antics, same old Romber intraweb debates, etc. etc....
Oh and as for this season, I'm so glad the Chos are gone, they were self-righteous dolts who were not cut out for this race. I'm hoping for a female-female team to win, preferably Dustin/Kandace since they're far superior but I could take Lyn/Karyln...I don't mind their bitchiness as much as others but they're just not very good racers. There are only four teams left and the highest they have ever placed is 4th!

Yeah but TAR is a game show that actually requires skill, as opposed to Survivor and BB where it's all about personality and not pissing people off.
So here it'll actually be interesting to see the best of the best (well, some of the best) duke it out.

And there won't be any of this "Let's vote out so-and-so first, because they've already won". That was the flaw of Survivor: All-Stars.
