How the hell does Goldie avoid IP banning?

The man will not stop.
He probably has multiple e-mail addresses which is the only way I could think of in getting back on a site.. It worked for for about an hour over at RT last month and I able to post 1 thread under the name of BKB_RETURNS about SUPERMAN RETURNS Sucking or something to that affect, that reached 3 pages before Red Beard pulled the plug on me.. They wasted no time to and I wanted to pull Beard's heart out of his chest for doing that, that rat bastard..
email addresses have nothing to do with it.... it's all IP addreses. Here's where I get technical and tell you more than you wanted to know:
You get your IP address from your internet service provider. If you get IP banned from Rotten Tomatoes, they are going to spot you every time you sign up for a new account, regardless of what new yahoo or hotmail email address you use... you still have the same IP address (think of it as your digital fingerprint... you can put on a new hat, but you still have the same fingerprint)
Some ISP's assign you with a static address... meaning you have the same IP address everytime you're on the web. Those are easy to IP ban. The tricky part is if your ISP assigns your IP address dynamically, meaning you get a new IP address everytime you sign on... it's virtually impossible to IP ban somebody that has a ISP that does that as their IP address is always changing.
So, if you have a static IP address and get IP banned, you need to sign up to a new internet service provider, or find a way to mask/hide yours.
