 Best Film Ending of 2006
<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/FTfXO7fP9QY" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">
By far the most compelling, intense, moving ending to a film in 2006. Not so much a fan of the text after the film fades to black, but up until that... damn.
Tell me I'm wrong. Try to argue that that wasn't intense.

United 93's ending was great and intense. I liked how they ended the film by fading it to black when the plane hit the ground instead of showing the crash explosion.

I just watched that shit on YouTube, and by 30 seconds in I was completely enthralled (despite having already seen the film) and honestly gasped again at the ending. What an incredible film.

Same here.
This is the best one, but Hard Candy is close.

Ill go with it having the best emotional ending. And I dont want to sound like an idiot, but I enjoyed a lot of endings this year. But it is a powerful ending definitely.

Havn't seen the film yet, but those two minutes alone literally sent chills down my spine.

There's also parts of the ending that come just before that clip that really resonated. The single moment when they start to charge down the isle to stop the terrorists really got me, big time.
PEACE, Mike.
