But next to Studio 60, this was NBC's most heavily advertised show I think. So, tomorrow's ratings results will be interesting. If it premiered high, it could even help Studio 60.
I think it will have high ratings for the first episode at worse. The amount of advertising for it was unreal. It could be the #1 show for Monday. The question is will it keep those ratings.

The thing is I never heard of any positive reaction from people when either the trailer came up in theatres, or the radio spots, or posters and what not when I'm out with people. It was either no reaction or negative reaction... that's why I'm surprised that quite a few people tuned in and really liked it. Now I'm anxious to see how it does!

I liked it. I was interested in the show because of the constant ad's for it in the pre-show countdown shows, and the show lived up to my expectations. The twist at the end was a little bit annoying, but they're obviously trying to get viewers to come back for a second week. I'll be tuning in next week.

I really liked this show. It will defintaly give me something to watch after PB that's for sure. Anyway can anybody expalain to me what exactly Ali Larter The Blonde Mother Powers are. Also I am really glad they haven't introduced a Villian yet. True the guy with glasses could be the Villian or it could just be another twist he really hasnt done anything villianious yet.

It was actually pretty good although its hard not to compare it to the 4400 which seems to be a better show than Heroes and has more characters you care for.Overall not too bad but they should of went with a 2hr premiere instead of endlessly focusing on one character for around 5mins before jumping to another character and to another one. My other problem is they didnt seem to have established a goal yet for the characters but then again maybe later on it will be explained better in future episodes. Some of the characters powers you dont know much about particularly Ali Larter's character
So far it gets a B/B+ from me while 4400 got an A- from me

Since we have two threads already on this, Im too lazy to post my review again and lets just say 4400 was better. Its not bagging on Heroes which I still like

according to lecter, 3 seasons worth of story has already been decided. i read the decription of the show and these guys are gonna try to save humanity. season 1 revolves around 1 dude tryng to steal all of their powers.
lets wait and see. it was good enough for me to give it another chance but like you said, the characters are just not that appealing, cept for the Japanese guy. He was brilliant.

I liked it overall. I'd be lieing if I said it was the next Lost or anything, but I'll keep watching.
Characters were interesting, the Japanese guy in particular was hilarious, though it'll need a couple more episodes to really set them up as people to care for IMO. Loved the opening screen, declaring these people will save humanity was a great way to kick it off.
I hope they don't stray too much into the comic book-esque angle though, by the way. The scenes from next time looked like the show banks heavily in that area.

I don't think it is stealing from the 4400 unless they bring in that people from the future or aliens gave them these powers.

They might as well.
I liked the premiere overall, well-directed and photographed I think. I don't know if it can sustain my interest in the future though as it has two of the most annoying performers working today (Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panetierre).

It looked like there was last night, maybe it was just a rerun of the pilot. It's not a series I watch yet.

Yep, it'll be repeating every week on Sci-Fi.
