8 Simple Rules is a bit unfortunate. It was great with John Ritter. Probably the last really good family sitcom. Once he died, it was still a good show, but nowhere near that first year. I would have liked to see where it could have went, but I never really watched after Season 2. Plus, I think the addition of David Spade was a really odd choice. He looked out of place.

Surprised no-one has mentioned Firefly yet.

NewsRadio! I would also bring back Phil Hartman if possible, but if not it's hardly a deal breaker.

Maybe that's because it's wasn't that great. Entertaining for a bit, but nothing that really merited getting too excited over.

Ooo... yeah, forgot about Joan of Arcadia. I second that vote!
Oh, and I forgot Book of Daniel. That show ended on such a brilliant cliffhanger.... but it ENDED, so we were left REALLY hanging.

I'd bring back Friends before it jumped the shark, which happened when they decided to force a relationship between Monica and Chandler that effectively reduced both characters to the Hall of Lame. Up until then, it was one of the better sitcoms ever on TV, but it's quality dropped hard after that nonsense.

Arrested Development now. Even though it's extremly rewatchable show, new episodes wouldn't hurt at all.
Also Oz.

I actually thought the episodes during their relationship and right before they got married were the best seasons of the show. And I really like how they didn't do some lame shit where they broke them up, like every show seems to do. It was nice to see a show where they, for once, didn't break up a relationship.

The Mole for obvious reasons, then Tru Calling I guess. The one stand-alone episodes/crime solving show, among the generic heap, that was actually interesting and original, and it had to get cancelled, bastards. The last good role Jason Priestley will ever get too.

I mean they ended the season with a freakin' cliffhanger and it got cancelled. I'm still
upset about that.

The Drew Carey Show
Since there are no rules though, I have my terms.
1. Pretend the last three years of the show never happened. In other words, somehow convince Christa Miller to stay on the show. It was easily one of the funniest sitcoms with all four of the cast members, but after she left they tried to mix it up with new opening credits, useless gimmicks, and that new girl they gave Drew. It just wasn't the same.
2. Get Mr. Wick back and set it in the old Winford Lauder. After they tried to modernize the show and the company and got rid of Mr. Wick, it just wasn't as funny. Thanks to Craig Ferguson, Mr. Wick was easily one of the funniest characters on the show.
3. Put it back on Wednesday when the show was successful. The constant switching during the last couple of years was just sad.
But, that'll never happen so I guess I just have to stick with my patheic best of DVD's.
Fucking ABC/Disney, get each season for this show on DVD now please!
