I do. But I've never liked Beaver and would be happy to attribute much of his behavior to his own self loathing because he's homophobic, rather than just seriously messed up.

I know Kristen Bell probably has a slim chance at a nomination on Thursday, but do you think she could slip in, due to the heavy critical acclaim? There always seems to be a surprise or two amongst the same old shit every year. I hope Bell is one of those surprises.

We ahve a start date for VM: October 3. As long as that is, that puts it the week after Fox preempts House and Standoff for Baseball (Last year everything in the timeslot went up when that happened) and the final epsiode of the arc at the very end of November sweeps. Awesomeness.

It's also the anniversary of Lilly's death.

This should be a link to a bunch of cute pics of Bell, but I can never tell if links work or not. This is from the party. It has a few people from the cast, though Getty has pics of Ryan Hansen, and I don't see his name here. Though they may have just mislabeled him, because they're idiots.

I own all. I just bought The Complete Second Season of Veronica Mars.

VM is the first show in a long time that I bought its DVD on the day of release.

As soon as Amazon gets it to me, I'll have it. But I already watched the gag reel this past weekend, from someone who has connections. We're getting sold short on the extras, but all I care about is the fact that it's currently #4 on Amazon's top sellers in DVDs.

I'm guessing we'll never get a good set of extras for a VM release, but that's okay. As long as the episodes are there.

I got my dad watching the show. We've watched ten episodes from Season 1 so far. He loves it.

We'll probably have to wait until the series is over and they release a special edition full series boxed set.

My mom is nearly as obsessed as me, but there's no way I can possibly get my dad into it. Just trying to get him to watch The Office is bad enough. (Of course, prefacing it with, "You remind me of Michael" didn't help.) But my sister is my biggest challenge. I've gotten all of her friends into it, but she absolutely refuses, just based on the fact that it's Veronica Mars.

Hehe, my situation is a bit different. Me and my dad watch a lot of TV together (24, Veronica Mars, Lost, The Office, Big Brother). Now, my mom only watches Grey's Anatomy on a regular basis. She saw a bit of Veronica Mars, and she really liked it, but she's not a big TV person either. I tried getting my brother to watch, but he's just not into watching anything new. He's also not a big TV watcher, sadly. I'm sure my sister-in-law would like it, but I haven't had the chance to tell her about it yet.

And, my ex-girlfriend wouldn't watch it, simply because it was Veronica Mars.

Yeah, that's how I got my brother. I got my sister-in-law to watch. Now he has no choice but to watch it with her. (They're still newly weds, so they don't watch tv without each other.)


Did you break up with her because of that? (Though I know someone who claims she broke up with her boyfriend because he spoiled her about one episode. Of course, she came out a few months later, so I don't think that was the only reason...)

Just bought the second season. Can't wait to watch it all over again .
