I think the most it will make for Wednesday is about $8 mil...

Then it's Thursday will be a little less than $4 mil...

Then Friday about $7 mil...

Then Saturday about $9 mil...

And Sunday about $7 mil again...

So a $23 mil weekend... and $35 mil 5 day...

I actually don't expect Friday's number to be higher than Wednesday's.

The written-to-overall ratio is about 1:4.5, which could mean a higher-than-projected ratio. I'd go with 135-150 for a $6.0-6.5m Wednesday.

I'll stick with $7m. Should lead to a $21-23m weekend.

I'm with xiayun on this one. considering the amount of hyperbole for this movie, I expect that a lot of people are rushing out to see it...and I'm not quite sure that WOM will be good enough to drive up the business for the weekend.

First show besides the prime 7 was definitely the biggest today.

The fake reviews weren't nearly as bad as I thought, so I'll go with a ratio of 120 and a $7M Wednesday.

the uber-clogness at the end of the day last night will decrease the ratio a lot.

We were thrown a curveball once again. If this were last year, I would have gone with a 200 ratio, but I figured it had to be lower with the recent trends. I'm kinda surprised WTC was above 150.

150 with a B+ grade so it didnt have that many bogus bad reviews like LITW or Little Man. I didnt think a movie geared towards 25+ year olds will be that high

Thanks, but it was more a gut feeling and my reaction towards the movie than a qualified prediction. But I take it anyway

hihi...with BOM numbers the actual ratio is 201.2 That means my ratio prediction was 99.4% correct... Better than any researched projection I made in this thread
