Post New York City Parking
Hey ..

So the last time I was around, I paid about 27 to 28 bucks for parking on a daily basis ....

I'll be in Newyork again but if I'm to stay there for a few days, I'm looking for something cheaper ... I dont mind if its a little far away and stuff ... but due to safety and the weather, i prefer something thats indoors.

Can someone help me out?? It'll be greatly appreciated .. maybe you guys already know good spots or maybe someone even has access to university parking areas ... my friend is in U of columbia but she said its impossible to really get anything there ...

Thanx again.

Good luck trying to find cheap parking in NYC. It's damn near impossible.

Whenever I go to NY we always park at the same indoor garage, its was very cheap like $12 for the whole day...I'll have to ask my boyfriend were it is, I don't remember.

Street parking on 9th and 10th avenues is available, but you have to look for it, and it's not necessarily safe.

If you're going to be in Manhattan, I'd suggest leaving your car at a train station somewhere in Jersey and take the train down.

When I go to NYC, I drive in through the tunnel and park at the 42nd street Bus Terminal building and then take the subway everywhere. Cheapest place I have found.

42nd bus terminal sounds like a plan .. so does the parking that ripper is suggesting ...

Nobody cares what your license plate is. If you're parked in a garage or on a lot nothing will happen to the car; if you're parked on the street, then all bets are off.

Move along. Nobody cares. New York is not the center of the fucking universe.
