Ambitious but flat. I admire Quaid for his portrayal of Doc Holliday but when you compare it to Kilmer's it unfortunately comes up as second rate. It was a darker perhaps more realistic film about the Earps, but it just lacked something and maybe that is because i can't help but ocmpare it Tombstone.
