As it has been pointed out, such a high percentage of written reviews could indicate a fanboy effect and thus lead to a high ratio, although we don't have data to back that up.

Oh, well we were using Last Stand, BB, and WotW. Which were all around 150-180.

I was going to list King Kong in the beginning, but didn't think the situation really matches up.

Thats around a 3 to 1 ratio with written reviews to reviews. You know what the average usually is?

Well im gonna have to give it a ratio of 195, given the huge amount of written reviews to reviews and the crowd reports. Which would give it around 23.9m, I do think this is close to the high end though.

It does not look like it will make over 25mill according to crowd reports, now if we didnt have CR then it would look like a 30mill gross according to yahoo, funny huh?

...it doesn't work like that. In order to make a proper prediction, you need to take all factors into consideration.

My initial ratio prediction was 170, but with the unusual amount of written reviews, I'm increasing it to 200. Since we haven't been consistently tracking the relationship between written reviews and ratios, I can't say there is definitely correlation, but it feels plausible.

I do remember last year when BB and kong came out most were reporting sellouts and what not and were expecting 20mill easy and using yahoo it showed otherwise, i still wont forget the shock and funny excuses when the actual numbers came out.
King kong was sold out! its gonna make 20mill easy!
Actual:9.8
