If it increases 150 each hour from now on with a 150 ratio it would mean 27m.

What do you expect? Even Last Stand has a B+
B would've been awful for a comic flick this high profile.

zinagling was saying wom is mixed ot bad, so i was think c+ ala da vinci. that n people misunderstand the xmen series. people like the moies and they like xmen 3; its just not the kind of movie you watch more then once cause its a sequel. h first film in a franchise always has the most rewatchability. lot of pepole think x3 is the most entertaining of the xmen mvies and i wouldnt disagree, but as a movie it isnt the best.

And yes we are sane for predicting X-3 to make more than SR. Welcome to sanity

Da Vinci has a B- and doesnt have the type a rabid fanbase a blockbuster comic flick has. Either way though, SR will end up with MUCH better wom then Da Vinci. It's just not gonna end up with BB wom or anything of that matter, people seemed restless when I went, went on far too long and the beginning left many with much to be desired.

You also said SR is going to have good WOM almost as good as Batman Begins so that it may avoid a 55% drop next week so there. So far the reaction doesnt seem anywhere as good as BB or even Spiderman 2 or even X-2

not really... everyone i know enjoyed it. fans think it suck and as a movie it was bad. but movies first goal is to entertain and x3 defiently did that. the ones that get great word of mouth and repeatability are the ones that are entertaining and great movies ala batman begins, pirates 1, ect.

i said itd avoid an 55% drop if it opened to under 60 million this weekend. its closing in on 1200 written reviews is 4 hours to go.

For a movie thats supposedly just as well liked as X2, it didnt really catch alot of new fans. Guess it might've just reached it's limit, hopefully we dont see that with the next Batman film.

I'm going to wait until the final Y! review numbers from today are in before making a prediction, but it looks like the ratio you guys have been using so far is too low.

I'm getting laughed at by the same person who predicted a $40+ million opening weekend for Poseidon up until its release, and claimed that "tracking would jump once TV spots started"?
And that Nacho Libre would be the biggest comedy of the summer? And that Superman Returns was a lock for $250 million total?
