I actually just saw the one I haven't seen on that first list last night, The Ice Harvest, even though the guy at the videostore was basically begging me to not rent it, it's the worst movie ever, etc. I actually liked it, though it's not on par with the usual Focus fare. I'd give it a B.

I think Vanity Fair was their biggest misfire. I really didn't like Brick but at least it's managed to carve out a little niche following, did anyone really like Vanity Fair? Sylvia was a pretty big miss too, though I did like it (barely).
